OES Quick Guide

REGISTRATION. Review your registration information (e.g., application details, personal information, contact number, etc.) and save your registration by clicking the Save button at the Registration Summary tab.

PREMATRICULATION. Select the subjects that you wish to enroll in and save your subject selection by clicking the Save button. Except for block courses, the list of available subjects for enrollment is based on the pre-generated matriculation.

BILLING AND PAYMENT. Click the Billing tab to view the detailed computation of your tuition assessment and other fees.

Pay your fees at the UNC Treasurer's Office or via GCash, PayMaya, online bank transfer, or bank deposit. Proof of payment (i.e., a screenshot of the bank deposit slip) must be uploaded to the OES Payment tab for validation.

PRINTOUT. Do not forget to secure a copy of the Certificate of Matriculation (printout) once payment is made. You will receive an email with a PDF copy of your printout that will serve as proof of official enrollment.

Students who have paid their fees but have failed to secure the Certificate of Matriculation are NOT considered officially enrolled.
